At Yankee Find, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received.


2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items (if opened)


3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at shopifygohar83@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.


4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card provider. Still need help? Email us and we’ll investigate.
